After each walkthrough we provide you with an update of the condition of your home via email. If any issues or concerns arise we will provide a detailed description with pictures for your review. 

San Diego Home Managers is capable of repairing and installing most but if the repair or installation requires outside expertise, we will coordinate the project so that it is completed in the best way possible.
